I have only had the Series 500 for a few weeks, but the battery is not charging. The light is green on the charger, but when I try to turn on the unit there are a couple of black lines that flash on the screen and it goes dark.
Is there anyway to ZOOM or Facetime?
Is it possible:
1. I am only allowed one opportunity to load up software?
2. I still have the software somewhere on the computer so not allowing me to add it again?
I can’t find where to download the software is now. A few days ago, I had it, but format has changed. I have a Series500 portable device.
