Introduction

Use this guide to set up a schedule of automatic calibration checks using the AirCal 1000 PC software.

Note: The information you define using the software is stored on the AirCal 1000 and not on the PC containing the software.

  1. Select the Calibration Configuration option in the Functions panel.
    • Select the Calibration Configuration option in the Functions panel.

    • Right-click to open the Run Scheduler.

  2. From the drop-down boxes, select the frequency, day and start time for your calibration run.
    • From the drop-down boxes, select the frequency, day and start time for your calibration run.

    • Enter up to 5 points for your calibration run and define the port, dilution ratio and run time for each.

    • A run can include zero air which is defined as port 0.

    • Once all the parameters are set, click Save then click Read to ensure the run was successfully saved.

    • You can schedule up to three calibration runs for your AirCal 1000.

  3. To delete a calibration run, right-click inside the run scheduler and select Remove run.
    • To delete a calibration run, right-click inside the run scheduler and select Remove run.

    • Run 3 is removed first, followed by run 2 and then run 1.

    • Once a run is removed, click Save then click Read to ensure the run was successfully removed.
