Hi @marziehghasemi, if you want to operate the Series 500 continuously or for longer than 8 hours it can be operated while connected to the smart charger. If you wish to charge the battery more frequently while you are out and about then the cigarette lighter charger adapter is an option to consider. https://www.aeroqual.com/product/cigaret...

Instructions have been updated to indicate the orientation of the wires and to insert the bottom end of the battery first.

Hi @gary I assume you have already used the monitor, if not then you may need to connect the battery if you haven’t already done so. The steps to connect the battery are here. If you need further assistance then please contact our support team.

Hi @timbo1973, the portable monitors battery has an 8 hour battery life so the power cable will need to be plugged in if the monitor is run continuously.

Hi Tim, do you mean how to orientate the battery with the wires when re-inserting? Currently the battery indicator does not represent the remaining battery life, but both the battery and connection will be improved in the near future.
