Could you please send me the link for smart charger?
Hi @marziehghasemi , here is the link: Charge battery
I have been learned that if the batteries (Series 500) are fully charged then they can be run for about 8 hours. Are there any portable chargers to be used for a longer period of time?
Hi @marziehghasemi, if you want to operate the Series 500 continuously or for longer than 8 hours it can be operated while connected to the smart charger. If you wish to charge the battery more frequently while you are out and about then the cigarette lighter charger adapter is an option to consider. https://www.aeroqual.com/product/cigaret...
Hi @gary I assume you have already used the monitor, if not then you may need to connect the battery if you haven’t already done so. The steps to connect the battery are here. If you need further assistance then please contact our support team.
