I can’t find where to download the software is now. A few days ago, I had it, but format has changed. I have a Series500 portable device.

Is it possible:

1. I am only allowed one opportunity to load up software?

2. I still have the software somewhere on the computer so not allowing me to add it again?

Is there anyway to ZOOM or Facetime?

Hi Gary,

Thanks for your question! We have added a link to the bottom of this page: Series 500 Software

The link will take you to an area of the company website where you can download the Series 500 software.

Regards,

Tanya
