Introduction
The AQY R comes with an integrated DC/DC converter, allowing operation on an input voltage of 9 to 36 V. Positive and negative leads should be installed through the cable gland in the rear of the instrument.

Remove AQY-R from mounting bracket

Loosen cable gland and insert power lead through cable gland.

Secure positive lead in terminal block connected to RED wiring, and negative lead in terminal block that goes to BLACK wiring.

If required create a loop to relieve strain on power lead.

Ensure battery leads are not energized for this step to avoid risk of sparks or electrical shock.

Tighten cable gland

Refit mounting bracket.
