Monitoring locations
Monitoring locations are a new way to help organize and archive your data.
- A monitoring location is a map pinpoint
- Data can be stored against a location, as well as on your monitor
When you go to view or download your data, or when you set an alert, instead of downloading from monitor “AQS1-4567893-876“ you can download from “West Boundary“ or “Main entrance“.
In the software, you create a location then assign a monitor to that location. Then the data from the monitor is copied to that location.
Even if the monitor leaves the site and is deployed on another project, you can always go back and download the data from the location.
